I don't know much about how anticheat works, so all I wrote here is my thoughts. I was playing happily and this situation hurts my feelings very much. I don't know, maybe support decided that I am a very stupid cheater and write my messages to troll them. I can't get any information about my problem.

If scripts detected something strange in my save files maybe I deserve at least an answer about this. I wouldn't risk my progress of 18 days of gaming with dumb cheating. I don't know is it possible to prove I'm not a cheater. If this popup appears because of another reason why I can't get answer from support? If it is a ban for cheating why I don't see a message about the violation of game rules? I saw on Kongregate forums that another players got that message. If the anticheat scripts confused me with cheater is it impossible to check my cloud save file manually? There was not strange gain of any parameters, all the progress I've made was due to missions, quests, chests and so on. I appreciate devs taking the problem of cheating seriously. I spoke to another players and with their advices I managed to write two messages to support, on Tuesday and Wednesday, where I described the situation in details.

I never cheated, the only program I used was autoclicker which is allowed. The popup appears when I try to open chat, it says 'This mechanism is currently not available'. On Tuesday I lost acess to the multiplayer part - chat and leaderboards. I was active player, my game client was open almost all the time, I've done many missions, reached level 70+ and was very happy to look at my progress. I was playing this game happily for 18 days.
